Monitoring — We've identified what caused the issue and resolved it. A report was ran over night automatically that wasn't configured properly. The report was fixed and shouldn't cause any issues in the future. We're monitoring the issue for the next few hours, but all reports and downloads should be working properly.

Investigating — We're seeing reports of documents being unable to be uploaded or downloaded. We don't believe this to be a by-product of our planned server maintenance that took place yesterday, as all tests with file system operations were passed before the maintenance window closed. Our Operations team is looking into the issue now.
